At Hunthay, we're very pleased to announce that we are progressing well with the second stage of our redevelopment.
Following the initial conversions of our old milking parlour and related buildings into small units for use as workshops or storage, we are now converting our old animal housing barns into larger industrial units. These offer approximately 700 sqft, with the option for additional mezzanine space, all completed to the highest standard. These units have electricity and water supply, along with allocated parking and easy access.
With the first five units completed, we now have units of various sizes to suit many needs, and always welcome enquiries regarding specific customer requirements. We have facilities ranging from 80 sqft to 700 sqft, all available at competitive rates.
